According to Thom Shanker writing in the April 12th, 2004 New York Times
when Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt,the United State spokesman in Iraq,
was asked what he would tell Iraqis about televised images of Americans
and coalition soldiers killing innocent civilians, he responded: Change
the channel.
