I use traditional fine art techniques, computer graphics technology and an antique pin-hole perforator to make editions of my own postal stamp art.
Philatelists would call them panes of Cinderellas, (sounding kind of like a day-time soap opera, The Pains of Cinderella). In art circles and among collectors they are known as Artistamps.
I generally issue three or four editions a year. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
My prints are produced on ungummed acid-neutral paper from Photoshop files on the highest-end digital printing I can find at the time each print is issued. I hand perforate each print, one line at a time,
on an old foot-pedal Rosback perforator. I mount each of my prints with archival photo corners on acid-neutral card stock and protect each one in a clear, archival sleeve.
Each print comes with a few loose stamps so collectors can have their print and share a few stamps with friends too.
